Who we are

DasLend is a trading name of DAS LEND LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15986323), registered office 128 City Rd, London EC1V 2NX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (reference ZB863810) and are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@daslend.co.uk.

What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form, callback form or instant-terms tool, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, company, message and the details of your deal (such as property, price, loan amount and timescale).
• Calculators: figures entered into our calculators stay in your browser and are not sent to us, unless you choose to submit them with an enquiry.
• Site usage: see "Cookies and analytics" below.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to respond to you and, where you ask us to, to introduce you to a specialist lender or an FCA-regulated firm who can deal with your request. DasLend is an introducer only: we do not lend, advise on or arrange finance. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with

• The lender or regulated firm we introduce you to, who will then hold your data under their own privacy notice.
• Our service providers, who process data on our instructions: website hosting and form storage (Netlify) and our email provider.
• Analytics providers, only if you consent (see below).

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need to deal with them, and then for up to two years in case you come back to us, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

We count page visits with our own cookie-free counter, which records only the page address, the referring website's name and anonymous events such as "enquiry sent". It stores no cookies, IP addresses or identifiers.

With your consent, and only if you press Accept on our cookie banner, we also use:

• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd), which sets cookies to measure how visitors use the site. Google signals and advertising personalisation are switched off.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd), which records anonymised clicks, scrolling and page movement so we can see where the site is hard to use. Anything typed into a form is hidden.

If you press Reject, neither service loads and no cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of each page, and we ask again after 12 months. Our lawful basis for these analytics is your consent. Both providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@daslend.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
